due to the ongoing pandemic some orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship
To detour from the growing rate of package theft, we recommend upgrading to signature confirmation for your delivery.
We are not responsible for any packages once they are delivered.
AN IMPORTANT SHIPPING FYI
Please be mindful that you may experience shipping and delivery delays as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our distribution centers. We thank you for your understanding. Most items ship between 5-7 business days But can take up to 2 weeks with postal delays. Thanks for your understanding.
Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email. Please make sure you have entered the correct email address. All placed orders will receive a confirmation of a placed order.
Once your order has been picked and packed we are unable to switch items or sizes. So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and entered your correct mailing address and email.
Please allow 5-7 business days (Excluding Holidays/Weekends) for your order to be shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our shipping dept. warehouse hours are from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. CST Mon-Fri. All orders are shipped from our Chicago warehouse.
Order tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service.
No cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit with in 7 Days of date that the items were received. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the shipped date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be new and not worn with the exception of trying the garment on. All items are inspected upon return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all tags, accessories etc.
Customers are responsible for all exchanged shipping cost unless the order and products were incorrectly shipped by us.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 5-7 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre-order. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Weekends and holidays do not count as business shipping days. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days. We ship from Chicago IL. We do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by USPS. International PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship-to location.
Shipping fees can be a real hassle for us all so please carefully read our policy prior to making a purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Exceptions may apply). This includes deductible costs; for orders that fall below the free shipping minimum requirement, eg; if part of the order is returned, the total shipping cost will be withheld. Also, the total shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned
. Stolen Packages: Once the package has been delivered we are no longer responsible for the package. If this is a concern we recommend using our signature confirmation option when checking out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All international orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL unless otherwise noted
All packages will have tracking information available.
All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not cover these additional charges by your customs dept.
Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
The recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
We do not allow exchanges from overseas customers but we do accept returns for store credits (minus shipping fee)
We do not offer free shipping for international orders.
PERTAINING TO PREORDER ITEMS; By clicking "agree" you acknowledge that the item you are buying is a PREORDER item and is not going to be shipped until the product is completed in production. All updates will be emailed and on out Instagram page. Additionally all updates are given when we have information to provide. Preorder items can take 4-6 weeks production time (not including shipping time).
There are no refunds on any PREORDER items however once you receive your "PRE-ORDERED" Clothing item if it does not fit or if there is a quality issue we will happily exchange for the size you need (if available) or offer you store credit. There are no refunds on backpacks, belt, bags, glasses, laces, socks, or duffle bags, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
